  • Executive Chairman

    Dr. Frank Naeymi-Rad is the Executive Chairman of Leap of Faith Technologies, Inc. He has over 50 scientific publications and holds 11 patents related to EHRs and health enterprise informatics. His entrepreneurial spirit has led to a new vision of medical informatics embodied by codified semantics and natural language processing to eliminate isolated repositories of information and enable both patients and practitioners to make better use of health information. His thought leadership in clinical informatics led to nomination for the Oracle Corporation Smithsonian Award in the category of Medicine.

  • Founder

    I have devoted my career to studying behavioral informatics and leveraging technology to enhance the patient experience. In 1990, I founded Leap of Faith Technologies, a digital health company focused on integrating technologies, content, and delivery strategies to improve patient compliance and healthcare outcomes. I’ve often been told that I “have my head in the clouds” and spend my free time flying my vintage Cessna, exploring our beautiful planet.

  • President

    David Haines is a seasoned, industry recognized leader in Healthcare Solutions with deep expertise in Medical Informatics. Mr. Haines received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Lake Forest College in 1991 and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2005. Mr. Haines was a founding member of Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO), the leading provider of clinical interface terminologies for Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendors, in 1994 and held many positions with IMO until his departure in August of 2019. During his tenure at IMO, Mr. Haines was responsible for leading their rapid market expansion and was involved in the negotiating and the signing of all IMO EHR vendor partners such as Epic®, Allscripts®, Cerner®, NextGen Healthcare®, eClinicalWorks®, Greenway®, Meditech® and many others as well as over 10,000 customer agreements. He currently is President of Leap of Faith Technologies.

  • Director, Application Development

    John Trzesniak is a professional and dynamic leader with extensive experience in application development, project management, and IT infrastructure. With a background in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries and strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, he has led teams of up to 25 people, delivering substantial cost savings in application development, testing, and long-term application support. John's user-centric software design skills have driven the success of mission-critical systems and web-based solutions. His leadership has consistently contributed to the growth and success of organizations with which he has worked. With BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from DePaul University in Chicago, IL and as a former Computer Science instructor at DePaul, he always enjoys sharing his knowledge with aspiring developers. Beyond work, John has a passion for various technical fields, music, fine woodworking, cooking, art, and literature. When John isn't tackling projects, you'd likely spot him coding away on personal software projects exploring the newest technology has to offer or playing in a WSOP poker tournament, from circuit events to his goal of playing in the legendary Main Event in Las Vegas.
